Is your online ordering process secure?

Yes! We do not store your credit card information. All orders are sent using industry standard encryption called SSL. Authorize.net takes care of our credit card processing securely and with buyer protection. You also have the option of using Paypal. Note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to check out using their website. If you've shopped with us before and currently have a code word, you can enter it during checkout to continue doing business with us that way.

Cookies must be enabled for the shopping cart to work properly.  When multiple people are shopping at the same time on our site 'cookies'  make sure the right items are put in the right shopping cart.  For most internet users, cookies are already enabled. What if I don’t live in the United States and I want to buy Strand Tea?

If you live in Canada please call Strand directly at (+1) 503-668-5348 and we’ll be happy to accommodate your order.

All International orders are shipped by US International Postal Service at exact cost. Once the package leaves US Customs we cannot track it unless the package is insured.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped and how much does shipping cost?

We ship by the best way available, choosing from the US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground Insured.  99% of all orders are shipped by the next business day, and most orders ship the same day depending on the time of day we receive your order and payment is cleared. 

Shipping and handling for tea orders is based on the total dollar amount of the order:

$00.00 - $20.00.............$5.95
$20.01 - $40.00.............$6.95
$40.01 - $70.00.............$7.95
$70.01 - $150.00...........$8.95
Over $150.00.................FREE

When ordering some heavy tea accessories there is an additional charge of $1.50 per pound.
