Strand Tea Company is located about one hour from Portland in the foothills of Oregon’s Mount Hood National Forest.  We are an importer, blender, and distributor of premium teas since 1997.

Customer Service Phone Lines are open Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm Pacific Time and Saturday from 9am to 3pm.

Shipping.  All Tea orders are packed first come, first serve in the order they are received.  All tea is packed fresh for your specific order to ensure that you receive the freshest tea available.   Since 2002 approximately 97%  of all orders have been shipped within 2 Business days of receipt of your order.  If you have not heard from us regarding confirmation of your order in 2 business days please contact us immediately.
