Is your new online ordering process secure?
Yes! We do not store your credit card information. All orders are sent using industry standard encryption called SSL. Authorize.net takes care of our credit card processing securely and with buyer protection. You also have the option of using Paypal. Note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to check out using their website. If you've shopped with us before and currently have a code word, you can enter it during checkout to continue doing business with us that way.

What if I don’t live in the United States and I want to buy Strand Tea?
If you live in Canada you can order online, by fax, over the phone or print, fill out and mail your order. (See * at bottom of this page.)

How many ways are there to order from Strand Tea?
You may order by phone, fax, mail or online.

Telephone orders are always welcome. Just follow these simple steps:
Decide on the items and quantities you'd like to order.
Have shipping info ready.

Orders can be placed easily by fax.
Print out our order form.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped and how much does shipping cost?
We ship by the best way available, choosing from the US Postal Service, Federal Express, and UPS. Since we pride ourselves on a short harvest-to-cup time, we try to ship all orders within a few days of receiving them.

Shipping and handling for tea orders is based on the total dollar amount of the order:

$00.00 - $20.00.............$4.95
$20.01 - $40.00.............$6.95
$40.01 - $70.00.............$7.95
$70.01 - $150.00...........$8.95
Over $150.00.................FREE

When ordering tea accessories there is an additional charge of $1.50 per pound.

*Canadian orders add an additional $9.00 per order and an additional $0.50 per pound.
