A medium oxidized Ti Kwan Yin (Tie Guan Yin) Amber Oolong which is tightly curled and dried, then rolled in Ginseng and Chinese Sweetgrass (Stevia) Powder. This tea is unique and interesting. It has a pleasant slightly sweet taste it is refreshing & energizing. We introduced it in the middle of 2006, and promptly ran out. Our customers pleaded with us to make it a permanent offering, so we brought it back again in 2007.
